First-year BPT students from BCE attended an Anatomy Dissection Class at Rajib Gandhi Memorial Ayurvedic College & Hospital, guided by Prof. Dr. Tapas Kumar Mondol (Principal, BSRGM Medical College & Hospital) and Senior Professor Dr. B. C. Jana.
The session offered students a rare opportunity to observe and understand human anatomy through hands-on dissection practice under the mentorship of senior academicians. This direct hospital-based exposure helped bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world medical learning, reinforcing BCE’s commitment to providing practical training experiences from the very beginning of the course.
Beyond the technical lessons, the dissection session also gave students the chance to experience the discipline and rigor of medical college environments. Under the structured guidance of senior professors, they observed how careful dissection and anatomical analysis form the foundation of medical and physiotherapy education. This immersive experience boosted their confidence and helped them appreciate the precision required in healthcare practice.
The program was designed not just as an academic exercise, but as an early bridge into clinical learning. For many students, it was their first direct encounter with hospital-level anatomy study. Events like these demonstrate BCE’s focus on practical, real-world exposure that prepares students for future professional challenges, far beyond what classroom lectures alone can offer.
